I have read, understand and
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described at https://pilotflyingj.com/terms-and-conditions and
consent to provide contact information and receive electronic communications
from Pilot Travel Centers LLC and its affiliates (collectively ÒCompanyÓ)
related to my participation in the ReferPFJ Team Member Referral Program
(hereinafter ÒReferPFJ ProgramÓ), job openings at Company and general
information about referrals made according to the processes described therein,
including those made through ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app. I understand
that I may incur costs, including but not limited to online time, data rates
and other charges from my internet service provider or wireless provider, in
accessing and/or viewing information related to the ReferPFJ Program if I
access ReferPFJ.com
or the MyReferrals app.
I
understand and agree that: (i) my consent to participate in CompanyÕs ReferPFJ Program
through ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app and receive electronic
notifications does not automatically expire and is not limited as to duration;
(ii) Company and/or its agents may revoke my participation in the ReferPFJ Program
and access to ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app at any time at its
discretion; (iii) Company will not be liable for any loss, liability, cost,
expense, or claim for acting upon this authorization or arising from my participation
in the ReferPFJ Program or the use of ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app; and
(iv) information or alerts that may be provided in relation to this
acknowledgment contain important information or disclosures concerning my participation
and I agree to review such information and alerts in a timely manner.

Introduction
Pilot Travel Centers LLC
and its affiliates ("Company"
or "We") respect your privacy
and are committed to helping protect it through our compliance with this
policy. This policy describes:

for, access or participate in the ReferPFJ Team Member Referral Program through ReferPFJ.com or
the MyReferrals app (hereinafter "ReferPFJ
Program").

to information we collect through the ReferPFJ Program and in email, text, and

The ReferPFJ Program is

by other Company Users utilizing ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app and
accessing the public areas. Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted
to others at your own risk. Company cannot control the actions of third parties
with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot
and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by
unauthorized persons.

at any time by contacting your Human Resources Representative.

interest-based advertising when such information is collected by entities or
through usage unaffiliated with ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app. However,
these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your
information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving
targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and
change certain portions of your personal information by logging into ReferPFJ.com
or the MyReferrals app and visiting your account profile.
You may also contact your Human Resources
Representative to request access to, correct, or delete any of your personal
information that we hold. We may not accommodate a request to change
information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement
or cause the information to be incorrect. We may require you to verify your
identity before we provide you with access to your personal information. We
will endeavor to comply with your request; however, in some cases we may not be
able to allow you to access certain personal information in certain
circumstances, for example if it contains personal information of other
persons, or for legal reasons. In such cases, we will provide you with an
explanation of why it is not possible to grant access to your personal
information.
If you delete your User
Contributions from ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app, if applicable, copies
of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or
might have been copied or stored by other ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app users.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83
permits users of ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app that are California
residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal

or the MyReferrals app
ReferPFJ.com or the
MyReferrals app are the property of the Company. You are granted a
revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use ReferPFJ.com
or the MyReferrals app in relation to your employment with Company, including
but limited to accessing information about your referrals and to access and
view ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app and to print off copies of any or all
of the pages of ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app, provided (a) it is used
only for informational, non-commercial purposes, and (b) you do not remove or
obscure the copyright notice or other notices. Without the express
written consent of Company, you are not allowed (i) to modify, copy,
distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create
derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services
obtained from ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app; (ii) to reproduce any part
of ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app or mirror any material contained on ReferPFJ.com
or the MyReferrals app on any other server; or (iii) to link to or from ReferPFJ.com
or the MyReferrals app. You agree not to circumvent, attempt to circumvent or
permit others to circumvent any access controls or security measures or

use. User is responsible for maintaining the active status of those
sign-on credentials, the security of those sign-on credentials and for all

right, at its discretion, to refuse access to ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app or to take any other appropriate action if it believes that a

ADVANTAGE, CRAZEE ABOUT COFFEE, and TRUCKERS FOR TOTS are all marks owned by
The Company and may not be used without the express written permission of the
Company. There are other trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade
dress on ReferPFJ.com and the MyReferrals app owned by the Company, or other
entities.
All
marks are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of their respective
owner(s). You
may not use any Company trademarks, service marks, trade names or trade dress
without the express written permission of the Company, or the
applicable owner.
The Company uses
trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, designs, names, and the like from
third parties for display on ReferPFJ.com and the MyReferrals app. Such
posting is done with the permission of these third parties, and such materials
are to be considered the exclusive property of the respective third parties.
Copyrights
All software and content
included on ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app, including all text, graphics,
logos and images, is owned by the Company or third parties and is protected by
United States, Canadian, and international copyright laws. You may view
and use the content of ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app in connection with
your use of ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app in compliance with these terms
and conditions and all applicable law. Any other use, including the
reproduction, copying, distribution, transmission, republication, display or
creation of works derivative of the content of ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals
app is strictly prohibited, except as otherwise specifically set forth

YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE
TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE

NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS
Indemnity
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND,
INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,
LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS, (COLLECTIVELY THE ÒRELEASEESÓ) HARMLESS FROM AND
AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS, COSTS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES AND
SETTLEMENTS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE LEGAL AND ACCOUNTING FEES,

THE COMPANY PRIVACY POLICY, YOUR USE OF REFERPFJ.COM AND THE MYREFERRALS APP,
OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
Limitation of
Liability
THE RELEASEES WILL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
WHATSOEVER, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING FROM THE
USE OF REFERPFJ.COM AND THE MYREFERRALS APP OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON REFERPFJ.COM
AND THE MYREFERRALS APP, THE UNAVAILABILITY OF REFERPFJ.COM OR THE MYREFERRALS
APP, DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, DEVICE, OR COMPUTER SYSTEM, OR ANY LOSS OF
DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION RESULTING FROM SUCH USE, EVEN IF THE RELEASEES
HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING REFERPFJ.COM AND
THE MYREFERRALS APP AND ANY SERVICES OR PROGRAMS PROVIDED THROUGH REFERPFJ.COM
AND THE MYREFERRALS APP.
THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES
SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN
YOU AND THE COMPANY. REFERPFJ.COM AND THE MYREFERRALS APP WOULD NOT BE
PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL
OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM REFERPFJ.COM OR THE MYREFERRALS APP OR
OTHERWISE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY
STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Termination
If you breach any provision of these terms and
conditions or our Privacy Policy, you may no longer use ReferPFJ.com
and the MyReferrals app. We may, in our sole discretion, change, suspend or
terminate, temporarily or permanently, ReferPFJ.com and the MyReferrals app or
any part thereof or any of their features at any time, for any reason, without
any notice or liability to you or any other entity. If these terms and
conditions
or your permission to use ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app is
terminated by us for any reason, the agreement formed by your acceptance of
these terms
and conditions
will nevertheless continue to apply and be binding upon you in respect of your
prior use of ReferPFJ.com and the MyReferrals app and anything relating to or
arising from such use. The Disclaimer, Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
provisions in these terms and conditions shall survive any
termination of this agreement.
General
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held
invalid or unenforceable by any court having competent jurisdiction, such
provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the
remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall continue in full
force and effect. No failure to exercise or waiver of any provision of these terms and
conditions
shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other
provision of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are binding
upon you, your heirs, executors, beneficiaries, successors and assigns and you
may not assign this agreement to any other party without our prior written
consent, which consent may be withheld in our sole and absolute
discretion.

ReferPFJ
Program Policies & Referral Bonus Criteria
Team Members employed by Pilot
Travel Centers LLC (hereinafter ÒCompanyÓ) are eligible to
participate in the ReferPFJ Team Member Referral Program (hereinafter ÒReferPFJ
ProgramÓ). The ReferPFJ Program provides active eligible Team Members an
opportunity to earn an incentive award (the ÒReferral BonusÓ) for referring new
qualified job applicants who are ultimately selected and successfully employed by
the Company (subject to the terms of the ReferPFJ Program noted herein). The ReferPFJ
Program shall be in effect from 8-1, 2017 until such time as Company, in its
sole discretion, cancels it (ÒReferPFJ Program PeriodÓ).
Program Eligibility
All Company Team Members
actively employed by the Company during the ReferPFJ Program Period are
eligible to be a participant (a ÒReferPFJ ParticipantÓ) in the ReferPFJ Program
with the exception of the following:
á
Field
Ops Team Members with job classification of Region Manager or above.
á
Team
Members in the CompanyÕs Human Resources Department, including, but not limited
to, those whose regular jobs include the recruitment of Team Members.
á
Team
Members who have hiring authority or influence over the selection of or hiring
of the referred applicant.
á
Sales
& Support Center Team Members with job classifications of Manager and above.
Referral Bonus Criteria
1. Bonuses, if any, will be
based on satisfaction of the Referral Bonus Criteria outlined herein.
2. The Referral Bonus Criteria
are as follows for each external candidate referral for hire received during
the ReferPFJ Program Period for eligible positions.
a. Referred
candidates cannot be current Team Members of the Company;
b. The
ReferPFJ ParticipantÕs candidate referral submission must be submitted through
the CompanyÕs referral website or app (ReferPFJ.com or MyReferrals app) during
the ReferPFJ Program Period;
c. The
candidate must be hired by the Company and have satisfied all employment
conditions for the position for which he/she applied and/or was selected;
d. The
referred candidate and the ReferPFJ Participant must both remain actively
employed in good standing with the Company as of the date the Referral Bonus is
paid; and
e. Referred
candidate on the date of scheduled Referral Bonus payment must be working in
the position for which he/she was referred or in another position at the
Company that is Referral Bonus eligible.
3. ÒBonus RecipientsÓ will be ReferPFJ
Participants as to whom all of the criteria outlined above are satisfied.
4. Subject to the Referral Bonus
Criteria above and payment terms noted herein, Bonus Recipients will receive the
gross amount listed on the job listing posted on ReferPFJ.com or the
MyReferrals App as the Referral Bonus for each eligible referral. Any
Referral Bonus will be subject to all federal, state, local, social security,
and Medicare taxes. Deductions will be made in accordance with all applicable
laws and regulations.
Earning a Referral Bonus
Subject to applicable law, to
earn a Referral Bonus, a ReferPFJ Participant must be actively employed by the
Company at the time all of the steps of the ReferPFJ Program are completed
(including, without limitation, satisfaction of all Referral Bonus Criteria).
Any Referral Bonus not earned as of a ReferPFJ ParticipantÕs termination of
employment or transfer to a position ineligible for ReferPFJ Program
participation shall be forfeited by the ReferPFJ Participant, subject to
applicable law.
Referral Bonus Payment
Subject to applicable law, a
Referral Bonus earned under this ReferPFJ Program shall be issued as soon as
administratively possible (and in accordance with the CompanyÕs standard
payroll practices) following satisfactory completion of all of the Referral Bonus
Criteria. A Referral Bonus will typically be paid within three (3) pay cycles
following the eligible referralÕs start date with the Company. Any
Referral Bonus will be subject to all federal, state, local, social security,
and Medicare taxes. Deductions will be made in accordance with all applicable
laws and regulations.
