Job Duties

Apply paint or lacquer using striping equipment to parking lots, side roads, and bollards
Ensure annual striping projects for all company locations are completed
Stripe parking lots in accordance with ADA rules and regulations
Examine finished surfaces and verify conformance to specifications; retouch any defective areas
Clean and maintain tools and equipment
Read and follow job orders and inspect work pieces to determine work procedures and materials required
Clean surfaces of work pieces in preparation for coating, using cleaning fluids, solvents, brushes, scrapers, steam, sandpaper, or cloth
Select and mix ingredients to prepare coating substances according to specifications
Conceal blemishes, nicks, and dents in work pieces using fillers

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED\nWITH ANY PORTION OF REFERPFJ.COM OR THE MYREFERRALS APP OR WITH ANY OF THESE\nTERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING REFERPFJ.COM AND\nTHE MYREFERRALS APP AND ANY SERVICES OR PROGRAMS PROVIDED THROUGH REFERPFJ.COM\nAND THE MYREFERRALS APP.

THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES\nSET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN\nYOU AND THE COMPANY. REFERPFJ.COM AND THE MYREFERRALS APP WOULD NOT BE\nPROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL\nOR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM REFERPFJ.COM OR THE MYREFERRALS APP OR\nOTHERWISE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY\nSTATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

Termination

\n\n

If you breach any provision of these terms and\nconditions or our Privacy Policy, you may no longer use ReferPFJ.com\nand the MyReferrals app. We may, in our sole discretion, change, suspend or\nterminate, temporarily or permanently, ReferPFJ.com and the MyReferrals app or\nany part thereof or any of their features at any time, for any reason, without\nany notice or liability to you or any other entity. If these terms and\nconditions\nor your permission to use ReferPFJ.com or the MyReferrals app is\nterminated by us for any reason, the agreement formed by your acceptance of\nthese terms\nand conditions\nwill nevertheless continue to apply and be binding upon you in respect of your\nprior use of ReferPFJ.com and the MyReferrals app and anything relating to or\narising from such use. The Disclaimer, Indemnity and Limitation of Liability\nprovisions in these terms and conditions shall survive any\ntermination of this agreement.

General

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held\ninvalid or unenforceable by any court having competent jurisdiction, such\nprovision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the\nremaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall continue in full\nforce and effect. No failure to exercise or waiver of any provision of these terms and\nconditions\nshall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other\nprovision of these terms and conditions. \n

These terms and conditions are binding\nupon you, your heirs, executors, beneficiaries, successors and assigns and you\nmay not assign this agreement to any other party without our prior written\nconsent, which consent may be withheld in our sole and absolute\ndiscretion.

ReferPFJ\nProgram Policies & Referral Bonus Criteria

\n\n

Team Members employed by Pilot\nTravel Centers LLC (hereinafter ÒCompanyÓ)[1] are eligible to\nparticipate in the ReferPFJ Team Member Referral Program (hereinafter ÒReferPFJ\nProgramÓ). The ReferPFJ Program provides active eligible Team Members an\nopportunity to earn an incentive award (the ÒReferral BonusÓ) for referring new\nqualified job applicants who are ultimately selected and successfully employed by\nthe Company (subject to the terms of the ReferPFJ Program noted herein). The ReferPFJ\nProgram shall be in effect from 8-1, 2017 until such time as Company, in its\nsole discretion, cancels it (ÒReferPFJ Program PeriodÓ).[2]

\n\n

Program Eligibility

\n\n

All Company Team Members\nactively employed by the Company during the ReferPFJ Program Period are\neligible to be a participant (a ÒReferPFJ ParticipantÓ) in the ReferPFJ Program\nwith the exception of the following:

\n\n

á \nField\nOps Team Members with job classification of Region Manager or above.

\n\n

á \nTeam\nMembers in the CompanyÕs Human Resources Department, including, but not limited\nto, those whose regular jobs include the recruitment of Team Members.

\n\n

á \nTeam\nMembers who have hiring authority or influence over the selection of or hiring\nof the referred applicant.

\n\n

á \nSales\n& Support Center Team Members with job classifications of Manager and above.

\n\n

Referral Bonus Criteria

\n\n

1. Bonuses, if any, will be\nbased on satisfaction of the Referral Bonus Criteria outlined herein.[3]

\n\n

2. The Referral Bonus Criteria\nare as follows for each external candidate referral for hire received during\nthe ReferPFJ Program Period for eligible positions.

\n\n

a. Referred\ncandidates cannot be current Team Members of the Company;

\n\n

b. The\nReferPFJ ParticipantÕs candidate referral submission must be submitted through\nthe CompanyÕs referral website or app (ReferPFJ.com or MyReferrals app) during\nthe ReferPFJ Program Period;

\n\n

c. The\ncandidate must be hired by the Company and have satisfied all employment\nconditions for the position for which he/she applied and/or was selected;

\n\n

d. The\nreferred candidate and the ReferPFJ Participant must both remain actively\nemployed in good standing with the Company as of the date the Referral Bonus is\npaid; and

\n\n

e. Referred\ncandidate on the date of scheduled Referral Bonus payment must be working in\nthe position for which he/she was referred or in another position at the\nCompany that is Referral Bonus eligible.

\n\n

3. ÒBonus RecipientsÓ will be ReferPFJ\nParticipants as to whom all of the criteria outlined above are satisfied.

\n\n

4. Subject to the Referral Bonus\nCriteria above and payment terms noted herein, Bonus Recipients will receive the\ngross amount listed on the job listing posted on ReferPFJ.com or the\nMyReferrals App as the Referral Bonus for each eligible referral. Any\nReferral Bonus will be subject to all federal, state, local, social security,\nand Medicare taxes. Deductions will be made in accordance with all applicable\nlaws and regulations.

\n\n

Earning a Referral Bonus

\n\n

Subject to applicable law, to\nearn a Referral Bonus, a ReferPFJ Participant must be actively employed by the\nCompany at the time all of the steps of the ReferPFJ Program are completed\n(including, without limitation, satisfaction of all Referral Bonus Criteria).\nAny Referral Bonus not earned as of a ReferPFJ ParticipantÕs termination of\nemployment or transfer to a position ineligible for ReferPFJ Program\nparticipation shall be forfeited by the ReferPFJ Participant, subject to\napplicable law.

\n\n

Referral Bonus Payment

\n\n

Subject to applicable law, a\nReferral Bonus earned under this ReferPFJ Program shall be issued as soon as\nadministratively possible (and in accordance with the CompanyÕs standard\npayroll practices) following satisfactory completion of all of the Referral Bonus\nCriteria. A Referral Bonus will typically be paid within three (3) pay cycles\nfollowing the eligible referralÕs start date with the Company. Any\nReferral Bonus will be subject to all federal, state, local, social security,\nand Medicare taxes. Deductions will be made in accordance with all applicable\nlaws and regulations.

\n\n

[1] Any reference to the Company\ncollectively refers to Pilot Travel Centers LLC and its direct and indirect\nsubsidiaries, affiliated entities and divisions. Employment is only with one\nspecific legal entity of the Company, not with all of the legal entities that\nconstitute the Company. Any references to the ÒCompanyÓ as an employer are\nintended to refer to the employing entity.

\n\n

[2] The Company may elect to\ncancel, modify, or terminate the ReferPFJ Program at any time, with or without\nnotice or cause. Participation in the ReferPFJ Program does not guarantee\nreceipt of a Referral Bonus by a Team Member or guarantee or affect eligibility\nas to any other Company compensation program. Employment with the Company is\nat-will, meaning that a Team Member or the Company can terminate the employment\nrelationship at any time with or without notice or cause. Nothing set forth\nherein is intended to, nor shall it, constitute a contract or guarantee of\ncontinued employment or change or alter a Team MemberÕs at-will employment\nstatus. The ReferPFJ Program is subject to the laws of the state in which Team\nMember performs his/her job duties.

[3] Any and all materials submitted\nin connection with the ReferPFJ Program become the sole property of the\nCompany.
